Orders & Returns Policy
If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, you can return your consumables. Providing we receive them back within 30 days of receipt and in sell-able condition.
By ‘sell-able condition’ we expect the consumables to be returned unused in the original packaging and in the same condition as when they were dispatched.
We cannot accept returns if:
Labels or tags have been removed
Damage is present in anyway
There is no proof of purchase
All consumables are the responsibility of the customer until they have been delivered back to us.
We reserve the right to refuse a return if we deem it to be of an unsuitable condition and the consumables may then be returned to you at your own cost.
How to make a return
Fill out the return form, detailing who you are, your order number, what you are returning, why you are returning and if you require a refund or exchange.
Make sure that your parcel is correctly and securely packaged to avoid any damage whilst in transit.
When a parcel is returned the cost of this will be met by the customer, (who are responsible for payment of shipping costs).
All delivery rates are non-refundable; if a refund is to be issued then the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from any refund processed.
Please allow up to 2 working days to process the returned item(s). We will contact you via email to confirm completion of your return.

Notifications, Exchanges and Refunds
Once your return has arrived and is in processing, we will send you a confirmation email. Please allow 1-2 working days to process your return.
If an exchange of the item(s) is to be fulfilled, then you will be sent an email to confirm this. The email will also confirm shipment of your new item(s). We will use the same delivery method and address as stated on the original order. If for any reason this is to differ, please advise us of this on the returns form.
An exchange cannot be accepted when there is a price difference on the requested item(s). So, if the price is of higher value than the returned item(s), this will not be processed.
For any reason if the item(s) to be exchanged are no longer in stock, you will receive an email requesting how you wish to proceed. If there is no correspondence within one week from the email date, then we will issue a refund for your return.
If a refund is to be actioned, you will be notified of this via email as soon as possible, Please allow 3-5 working days for the funds to be available in your bank account after the refund has been processed. All refunds are subject to inspection of your item(s) once returned.
The same 30 day return policy applies to faulty goods. If a defect is going to become apparent it is normally done so relatively quickly. Returns under faulty goods cannot be accepted for excessive wear.
If for any reason you wish to cancel your order, please notify us as soon as possible. If your order is cancelled before shipping, we may be able to issue a full refund upon instruction.
Cut off times for shipping are 2pm for next day delivery. If your order is placed after 2pm this will result in processing and dispatching on the next working day. We do not ship or deliver during weekends or bank holidays.
If you wish to cancel the order after shipping has already taken place, we will not refund the original shipping cost. This may incur further charges for returning to sender, by the courier or postal service used for delivery. The return to sender fee is usually the same cost as the original postage; however, this can vary.
